Item Condition Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brand New and Unused:<\/strong> Items must be <strong>unused and in brand-new condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bag Packaging Requirements:<\/strong> Bags must be returned in their original condition\u2014stuffed with tissue paper to maintain structure, with the handles carefully folded down to prevent damage during transit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong> Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, missing parts, or items marked as <strong>&#8220;Final Sale&#8221;<\/strong> are not eligible for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refund Methods and Processing Times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Refund to Original Payment Method:<\/strong> Once the warehouse receives and processes the return, funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Store Credit:<\/strong> If you choose to receive your refund as store\/merchandise credit, the credit is usually issued as a digital gift card code via email as soon as your return package is scanned as &#8220;In Transit,&#8221; providing a faster turnaround.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Split Payments:<\/strong> If your original order was paid using a combination of a gift card and a credit card, the refund will first be applied back to the gift card, with any remaining balance credited to the credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, or a damaged product, <strong>do not<\/strong> go through the standard return process.
