Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed, picked, and packed within 1 to 4 business days (our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays).
Peak Seasons: During promotional events, holidays, or major sales (such as Black Friday), processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volume.
Multiple / Pre-order Items: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they generally ship separately—in-stock items will go out according to standard timelines, and pre-order items will ship once they are ready.
2. Transit Times & Carriers
Overall Timeframe: The vast majority of orders arrive within one week of being placed, taking anywhere from 1 to 12-14 days total depending on your selected shipping method.
Service Tiers:
Standard / Best Rate Shipping: After 1–4 business days of processing, transit typically takes an additional 1–5 business days.
Faster Options (“A Bit Faster” / Signature Required): After processing, transit typically takes 1–4 business days, and this option frequently includes a signature requirement upon delivery.
Carriers: To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we partner with multiple major carriers (including UPS, USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, UniUni, and Veho). The system automatically selects the best carrier for your package; specific carrier requests cannot be accommodated.
Remote Locations (e.g., Hawaii & Alaska): For non-contiguous states or remote regions, please allow an extra 2–3 weeks for standard transit.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are clearly displayed and itemized at checkout prior to final payment.
Rates are calculated based on several factors, including: item quantity, total package weight, destination zip code, and the selected shipping service level.
Special Item Surcharges: For example, ordering 2 or more “Mystery Boxes” will incur an oversized item surcharge for each additional box due to their weight and dimensions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping. International orders typically arrive within 8 to 14 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on customs processing speeds and the destination country.
